La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 porque no hubo acusaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los alegatos, el Fiscal Ariel Pinno retir\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n porque existe duda razonable en torno al delito y solicit\u00f3 la absoluci\u00f3n del imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el defensor oficial Eduardo Tepedino solicit\u00f3 la absoluci\u00f3n por falta de acusaci\u00f3n del fiscal y aplicaci\u00f3n del beneficio de la duda (in dubio pro reo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho investigado ocurri\u00f3 en 2023 y se\u00f1alaba que el acusado hab\u00eda abusado de una adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal estuvo presidido por la jueza Ver\u00f3nica Marchisio y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de los jueces Juan Jos\u00e9 Varela y Eduardo L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal de Juicio en lo Criminal del Distrito Judicial Norte absolvi\u00f3 al hombre sometido a juicio oral, acusado de cometer el delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal.
